From Prom Night to Forever

This one was especially meaningful for me to photograph, as years ago I photographed Jason’s senior session, and now I had the honor of capturing this next chapter in his story. Watching young love grow into a forever kind of love is something truly special.

Jason and Ava met in high school and have been best friends ever since, the kind of steady, genuine love that simply feels like home. They’ve grown up together, and their story has only gotten stronger with time.

For their anniversary, Jason surprised Ava with a photoshoot at a beautiful plantation and brought along a photo from their prom night- a sweet reminder of where it all began. In the sweetest moment, after a twirl and a spin, Jason dropped to one knee. When Ava turned around, she was absolutely starstruck. Afterward, they celebrated with dinner at their favorite Italian restaurant, soaking in the significance of the moment. 

It was a beautiful evening perfectly planned and she said YES!!
